Service Description

Book your Van ( Class 7 ) in for an MOT Online with Deeping Direct. Please allow approximately 1 hour for your Goods Vehicle ( Class 7 ) to have it's MOT test. If you wish to wait for the duration of the MOT, we provide an MOT waiting room with a safe view of the testing area. Cancellation Policy

MOT BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS We reserve the right to modify any Terms and Conditions of the MOT service. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect, nor will affect, a customer's statutory rights. BOOKINGS The booking can be changed and cancelled up until 16-hours before the start of the MOT test is due to occur. You can only do this via the Deeping Direct Website in your account under “My bookings”. If you cancel within the 16-hour period before the test or do not turn up on time for the test then you will be charged in full as a late cancellation fee. You need to turn up at least 10 minutes before your test time. If you don’t then the vehicle will not be tested and you will need to make a new booking and payment for a full test. PAYMENTS All payments will be taken through a secure payment system at time of booking and a receipt will be issued by email. Any refund will be paid back on to the original card it was paid on. MOT TEST The MOT Tester will perform a pre-inspection check of your vehicle and will inform you of any reason why they will be unable to perform the test. In these circumstances you will be required to make a new booking and payment for a full test (the payment for the new booking is in addition to the payment made prior to the pre-inspection check). If your vehicle fails the MOT, you have 10 working days after the date of the test to complete the re-test, which, at Deeping Direct, is FREE of charge within this time period. If not then your vehicle will be classed as failing and you will need to make a new booking and payment for a full MOT test. Retests you will have to book over the phone.
